Amaryllis – Greetings from Vienna / Grüsse aus Wien

This past week we had another holiday here in Austria and I have taken to relaxing best as possible. The weather was soso, so I didn’t have any regrets     😉

Wednesday my friend N. gave me a huge bouquet of Amaryllis – aren’t they beautiful? Each day I stand at least a couple of minutes in front of them and take a good look. I can’t take my eyes off these amazing Amaryllis’.     🙂

🙂     Sunday is almost over, so have a very lovely and HAPPY WEEK, everybody!     🙂

Oh, thank you, dear Viveka! How is/was Stockholm? Did you enjoy your trip? How was the show? Looking forward to reading from you again 🙂

The show was fantastic – people was standing up and screaming … a bit different to their other shows, but I had a fantastic time and enjoyed Stockholm is always Stockholm, so stunning beautiful. Have taken some photos – there will be a post or two. Came back home this afternoon. Thanks for asking.

Beautiful flowers, kind of reminds me of candy canes with the white and red! Haha very festive 🙂 Have a good week to you too!!

I never thought of these red and white Amaryllis as candy-canes. But yes, you are absolutely right. Normally I buy dark red ones for Christmas – because they look so festive – but now I might just get red and white ones as well 😉 Thanks for bringing this idea to me 🙂
