No, not a Holiday here in Vienna, only a day that started with tons of snow. When I opened my eyes, I couldn’t see out of the windows!
When opening one of the windows, this is what I saw… Isn’t it beautiful?
Everything seems to come to a standstill, feels a bit like it, too.
When the snow falls and everything is white and fresh, that’s when I like it best :-)
The traffic slows down… / Der Verkehr verlangsamt sich…
So how does one get to the office warm and dry?
Bundled up like a roll of Oreo’s (Halloween edition – with orange filling) ;-) I’ll be going on a day trip to a très chic city on Saturday – lots of running around, a bit of shopping, coffee at Ladurée or Ispahan from Pierre Hermé – HELP! What shall I wear? Any suggestions for me? The weather forecast is almost identical!
Was soll ich anziehen? Haben Sie Vorschläge für mich? Die Wettervorhersage ist ähnlich wie derzeit hier!
I hope you enjoy the white blanket of snow as much as I do. And I am looking forward to hearing from you about “chic dressing suggestions” for my day trip.
:-) Have a wonderful start into the weekend :-)
:-) Guten Start in’s Wochenende! :-)

Congratulations … we have -12C just now! Collected the parcel, thank you much … have eaten the marzipan, love Lubeck Marzipan and the chocolate heart. Thank you.
Will do a post about it. Little red bag, adorable.

So glad you finally got the parcel. Well, toothpaste doesn’t “age” that quickly. – I just had some Marzipan, too. Mhm….. :-D xo

What to wear …. warm clothing … layer on layer … different materials – that is the thing just now.
Januar 17, 2013
Yes, I know and that’s what I do, feel like an onion… But “chic”? xo

We are expecting our first snow of the season here in the south of the USA…I would recommend dressing warmly in layers and make sure your feet are warm and dry….
Januar 17, 2013
Thank you :-) I know, feet are almost the most important part – if they’re cold, so is the rest.
By the way, did you read my mail that :-) YOU WON MY GIVEAWAY !? :-D
I need your address! You can contact me at happyface313@hotmail.com Thanks :-)

Alles Liebe – S

Januar 18, 2013

Dankeschön! :-)

I wish I could give you advice on what to wear, but when I use to live in England for university, I use to struggle with clothing all the time! I guess because I come from Hong Kong (where we never experience such extreme cold), I was in total panic when I got to Europe!
Double up on everything – double stockings under your jeans, double socks, triple up on the sweaters! The more the merrier, and the more the warmer hopefully!
Hope you have a lovely trip!! x

Thank you for your advice! Yes, thank you, it was very good, more about my Paris trip later… :-)

Januar 20, 2013
Danke Dir! :-) Langer Mantel & bequeme, dicke Schuhe sind’s geworden! :-) Liebe Grüße :-)
