Poinsettia / Weihnachtsstern
Worked again to the last minute yesterday, but I have a wonderful little florist not far away that stays open weekdays until 07:00 pm where I get everything I need and in excellent quality, too.
Habe gestern wieder bis zur letzten Minute gearbeitet, aber zum Glück habe ich ein ganz tolles kleines Blumengeschäft in meiner Nähe, das wochentags bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet hat und wo ich alles bekomme was ich benötige, dazu in hervorragender Qualität.

Now that I have a Poinsettia, an Amaryllis and two wreaths – one meant for our door and one to turn into an Advent wreath – baubles and accessories for decorating them, the Advent season can come!
Da ich nun einen Weihnachtsstern, eine Amaryllis und 2 Kränze habe – einer kommt an die Tür und einer wird noch in einen Adventskranz verwandelt – sowie Kugeln und alle möglichen Dinge zur Verschönerung dieser habe, kann die festliche Zeit kommen!

Das sind aber besonders schöne Kränze, da braucht Du gar nicht soo viel zu machen. Werden wir das Ergebnis sehen?

Ja, ich mag gern ein bisschen “gemixtes” Grün – mir gefallen sie auch sehr gut. – Klaro, ich werd ein Foto machen 🙂

We call Poinsettia – Christmas star too – do you use fresh flowers in your wreaths????

I keep a “Christmas Star” during Christmas time, as it is part of the season for me. In the wreath I only have hugs candles, come baubles, anis seed and other little things I like. I’ll show you… xo 🙂

Oh I should be as inspired as you this Christmas. We are moving this week and well I think Christmas plans for this year will be at a minimum. But hurray for you. I will just enjoy all your wonderful blogging for now. 😀 xoxoxox
