U-Bahn Station Klosterstern in Hamburg
I am a fan of Hamburger Innenansichten blog, because he mainly posts pictures of my home town Hamburg. Today HI showed us a snapshot of the brand new underground station HafenCity University here.
Mir gefällt der Blog Hamburger Innenansichten so gut, weil er fast ausschliesslich Bilder meiner Heimatstadt Hamburg zeigt. Heute brachte HI hier ein Foto der neuen U-Bahn Station HafenCity Universität.

Only a couple of days ago I was able to take pictures of the Klosterstern subway station with hardly any people in it. This underground station was built in 1929, 85 years before HafenCity Universität, but it is just as beautiful, a true classic.
Vor ein paar Tagen gelang es mir Fotos vom U-Bahnhof Klosterstern zu machen, als sich kaum Menschen darin befanden. Diese Station wurde 1929 gebaut, 85 Jahre bevor der Bahnhof HafenCity Universität errichtet wurde, dennoch ist sie genauso beeindruckend, eine echte klassische Schönheit.

Well, I’m Irish so the cold and wet is in me bones! But I think Hamburg would be best viewed in summer. It’s under serious consideration. I’ll let you know!

Undergrounds can be very inter sting – look at Paris Metro … and especially the Louvre station. Stockholm is the only city with “T-bana” in Sweden. Big fan of London Underground – the easiest in the world I think … *smile

I like to use the underground, although I think London underground is a bit scary, because it’s so old… I like the Paris Metro, it’s quick and easy to use. Never used the “T-bana” in Sweden…maybe some day 😉 xo 🙂

Still I think that London has one of the safest ones. The drills they have every month with their staff and passengers. They really take it seriously over there. New York’s I think is more scary. T-bana – nice stations … but nothing special.
I agree with the Paris Metro. Vienna has a great one too.
