How I wear my – Pink? I like comfortable clothes and have lots of black basics. Pure black in winter makes me look slightly sick 😉 and apart from that I find it boring, so I spruce my everyday outfits up with colors and pretty accessories.
Wie ich mein Pink trage? Ich mag bequeme Kleidung sehr gern und habe viel schwarz in meiner Garderobe. Allerdings finde ich nur schwarz zu langweilig für mich, ausserdem finde ich, dass ich im Winter damit etwas kränklich aussehe. Deshalb peppe ich meine Outfits immer gern mit Farbe und schönen Accessoires auf.

A couple of years ago I found this pink Habsburg jacket (here) and didn’t have to think twice – it went straight home with me, because it is everything I want in a jacket – excellent quality, a dash of color plus it can be combined with nearly everything. I looks just as good with jeans, as it does with a skirt. On this picture I’m wearing one of my classic black slacks and black t-shirt combinations with the aforementioned jacket and matching colorful Hermès shawl.
Vor einigen Jahren entdeckte ich diese pinkfarbene Jacke von Habsburg (hier) und musste nicht lang überlegen. Sie kam direkt mit mir nach Hause, weil sie alles in sich vereint, was ich mir von einem guten Blazer erwarte: aussergewöhnliche Qualität, eine Portion Farbe und mit fast allem kombinierbar. Sie passt zur Jeans, wie zum Rock. Auf diesem Bild habe ich eine klassiche schwarze Hose mit einem schwarzen T-Shirt an und darüber trage ich eben jenen Trachtenjanker mit einem passenden XL Hermès Cashmere-Seidenschal.
Hermès silk ribbons & scarf ring
As for the accessories: a medium size Mother of Pearl MaiTai Collection scarf ring (here) attached to an Hermès “Silk Spaghetti” serves as a necklace. My arm candy is a combination of a Pandora bangle and a Thomas Sabo bracelet with another silk ribbon woven through the links and last but not least my beautiful Louis Vuitton Haute Maroquinerie Lockit with a matching LV bandeau.
Die Accessoires: Ein mittelgroßer MaiTai Collection Tuchring in Perlmutt (hier), der an einem Hermès Seiden-Spaghetti befestigt ist, dient als Kette. Die Armbänder bestehen aus einem Padora Armreifen und einem Thomas Sabo Armband, durch dessen Glieder ich ein weiteres Seidenband geflochten habe. Last but not Least natürlich noch meine schöne Louis Vuitton Haute Maroquinerie Lockit mit einem passenden LV Bandeau.

You’re always so chic … you’re small .. and dark, pink is fantastic on you. Even if it looks more like orange in the photos – you really wear orange well too. I love pink, but it has to be cerise or more to salmon pink .. but not close to the face, have bought a pair of cerise or hot pink jeans this winter (???!!) just to brighten up our dull and sepia days that we had for nearly 3 months now. Your jacket is beautiful .. I wish petite like you *smile – and the handbag of course .. even if it’s not pink.

I’m sorry for the quality of the pictures. It gets dark here so quickly and by the time I was ready “showing off” my pink and the Mr. had tried to take pictures that I liked 😉 it was late in the afternoon and we needed lamp light, which killed the real pink color.

Have been playing around now … the jacket goes hot pink, but the shelves details goes brown, so no good.
I think you camera has a light mode too – so you can adjust to indoor lighting without use the flash.
Your jacket are stunning … as it’s – you suits it color what ever it’s.
If there is one thing I don’t need is a jacket – have all my business jackets … never been used anymore. Honesty I don’t need anything – for years. *smile But I love looking. *smile

You’re soooo sweet! Thank you! My camera does have all the buttons and when I have enough time I change the mode according to the light. The only problem was that I took too long to get “dressed up” and HE wasn’t that terribly patient, because I kept telling him how I wanted the photo.. 😉
