In last week’s ADVENTUREous photo challenge I showed you the gentleman who played golf by the beach. But that was only half the story.

Letzte Woche stellte ich Ihnen im Foto-Wettbewerb, der dem Thema ABENTEUER gewidmet war, diesen Herrn vor, der am Strand Golf spielte. Das war aber nur die halbe Geschichte.

The little boys at the beach were curious as to what he was doing. They must have asked him if they could try it, too…

Die kleinen Jungs am Strand beobachteten ihn mit großem Interesse und müssen ihn gefragt haben, ob sie es auch probieren dürften…

…it didn’t take very long and he handed his club over to the largest boy…

…es dauerte nicht lange, bis er dem größten Jungen seinen Schläger überreichte…

…and showed him how to swing the club and in which direction he should send the ball, making sure, that all the other kids were out of the way so they couldn’t get hurt. And then the boy started teeing off.

…und ihm zeigte, wie man den Schläger schwingt und worauf er achten sollte. Gleichzeitig stellte er sicher, dass die übrigen Kinder nicht im Wege standen und verletzt werden konnten. Danach legte der Junge los.

This is what I call an act of HUMANITY in microcosm, which all of us surrounding spectators highly enjoyed. What do you think?
