Although I have a soft spot for Louis Vuitton bags, I don’t often post press photos of collections to come. I prefer to write about things I know, I’ve tried and tested or even use on a daily basis and own. BUT: Sometimes these new pieces are so special that I make an exception. Like today.

Obwohl ich eine Schwäche für Louis Vuitton habe, erscheinen hier nicht oft Pressefotos und -infos über neue Kollektionen. Ich ziehe es vor über Dinge zu schreiben die ich kenne, die ich selber ausprobiert und getestet oder gar im täglichen Gebrauch habe und die mir gehören. ABER: Manchmal sind die Teile so originell, dass ich eine Ausnahme mache. Wie heute. 

 

 

Has it ever occurred to you to obtain a miniature Louis Vuitton bag? I have been tempted for a long time to buy a Mini Sac HL, the tiny Monogram Speedy, that used to be available in Multicolore black and white as well. I thought it was cute, but couldn’t make up my mind, because I felt it might look as if I’d outgrown my bag.  In the end I didn’t buy it. However, the news that Louis Vuitton will be launching the Nano Bag Collection came as a nice surprise!

Ist es Ihnen je in den Sinn gekommen sich eine Mini Louis Vuitton Tasche zu kaufen? Ich bin viele Jahre versucht gewesen mir einen Mini Sac HL, die kleine Monogram Speedy, die es auch in Multicolore weiss und schwarz gegeben hat, zu kaufen. Ich fand sie niedlich, war aber nicht sehr entschlussfreudig, weil andererseits befürchtete damit auszusehen, als sei ich aus der Tasche herausgewachsen. Gekauft habe ich sie dann nicht. Trotzdem war’s eine schöne Überraschung, als ich hörte, dass Louis Vuitton die Nano Taschen Kollektion auf den Markt bringen wird.

They’re lovely and extremely tempting. I just can’t decide on a bag.

Sie sind entzückend und sehr verlockend. Ich kann mich nur nicht entscheiden.
