Nachdem ich hier gestern die all about…eyeshadows in 02 NUDES, die multi-action Mascara, zwei sheer & shine lipsticks, sowie den liquid lipstick aus der neuen essence try it. love it! trend edition vorgestellt habe, folgt heute die Review über das pure NUDE make-up, sowie über zwei the gel Nagellacke. Los geht’s! 

After introducing the new all about…eyeshadows 02 NUDES palette, the multi-action mascara, two sheer & shine lipsticks as well as a liquid lipstick (here) from the latest essence try it. love it! trend edition yesterday, here comes part two of my review showing you the pure NUDE make-up and two the gel nail polishes. Here we go!

Erst einmal fällt mir sehr positiv auf, dass der Deckels des pure NUDE Make-up zumindest durch einen Klebestreifen mit dem unteren Teil der Flasche verschlossen ist. Dürfte doch den einen oder anderen Kunden am in der Drogerie öffnen und ausprobieren hindern. Die Flasche liegt gut in der Hand und der Pumpender gibt eine ausreichende Menge ab. Ich habe es eher vorsichtig dosiert. Das Make-up ist nicht zu flüssig,  lässt sich gut verteilen und ist von mittlerer Deckkraft. Es mattiert in der Tat. Doch leider ist der Farbton zu dunkel für mich.

It is very much to my liking that the lid of the pure NUDE make-up bottle is secured by a special tape to the bottom part. I trust this will help prevent people from opening and testing the product in the drug store. The bottle feels good in my hand and the pump dispenser releases the right amount. However, I was a bit careful as not to get too much make-up on my hand. It’s not too fluid, spreads easily and has medium and matt coverage. Unfortunately his one is too dark for my skin.

Mein Päckchen enthielt zwei schöne the gel Nagellacke aus der aktuellen LE in 48 my love diary und 52 amazed by you. Ich mag die essence gel Lacke so gern, weil die Farbauswahl immens, die Pinsel schön breit, die Qualität gleichbleibend gut und der Preis super ist. amazed by you ist eine Farbe, die entsteht, wenn man Himbeeren und Blaubeeren (oder “Bickbeeren”, wie meine Oma immer sagte) mischt. Die Farbe passt genau in mein Repertoire und man wird sie künftig viel auf  meinen Nägeln sehen.

My package contained two very nice the gel nail polishes from the present limited edition: 48 my love diary and 52 amazed by you. The reason why I like essence’s gel nail polish so much is that they have a huge selection of colors, the brushes are nice and wide, the quality is invariably good and the price is excellent. amazed by you is what you get when you mix raspberries and blueberries. this color fits my coloring scheme immensely well, hence you will see it on my nails quite often in future.

Die Farbe my love diary erinnert mich an die späten ’70iger und frühen ’80iger Jahre, als die Amerikanerinnen jede erdenkliche Nuance von beige und Nude auf den Nägeln trugen. Rot stand damals ausser Frage, dieser Farbton war das höchste der Gefühle. Mir sagt er sehr zu und nicht nur wegen der Erinnerungen. Es ist ein warmer Farbton, der mit dem Herbst und den Farben des Indian Summers perfekt verschmilzt.

my love diary is a color that reminds me of the late ’70ies and early ’80ies, when women in America wore beige and nude colors in every imaginable shade. Red wasn’t on, but this color was as red as it got. I like it and not just because of the memories attached. It is a warm shade that blends well with the colors of fall – the many shades an Indian Summer brings.

Wie ich gestern schon schrieb, gefällt mir die try it. love it! trend edition ausgesprochen gut! Bis auf den liquid lipstick, der mir zu sehr auf den Lippen klebte, fügen sich die hier vorgestellten Produkte gut in meine Kosmetiktasche bzw. in die tägliche Kosemtik-Routine ein. Selbst der multi-action mascara, den ich anfangs etwas argwöhnisch betrachtet habe, macht mir Freude und meine Wimpern schön!

As I wrote yesterday, I downright like the try it. love it! trend edition. Apart from the liquid lipstick, that I found too sticky on my lips, all products have found their way into my cosmetic bag or daily make-up routine. Even the new multi-action mascara, that I was quite sceptical of, has made my day and my eyelashes pretty!
